I have 2 gems but should have more

Discus and support I have 2 gems but should have more in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i should have more and i think i have completed every gem mission.     i should have more and i think i have completed every gem mission. And about the rewards points i have pre ordered more then 3 games since this program is up but never seem to get points back plus my vip level is not going up(it seems).

    I have no gems when I should have them.

    I have done some missions and challenges, got gamerscore and purchased things in October, yet I have not gotten a single gem. I have no idea whats wrong. I have not received a conformation email or link and it's like the program doesn't exist for me.

    We do not see that you have completed any missions, challenges, gone up any MyAchievement tiers, or earned 1000 gamerscore. In addition, your one purchase is not eligible for Gems, as it is not a MyVIP eligible purchase, since it is a consumable. From the
    FAQ:

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
    movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
    or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    You are registered as a Netherlands Rewards Member. Since your purchases have not been made in that region's currency, they are not eligible for Rewards. Your current gems are from your two surveys (you currently have four).

    Sorry, one more: if I have 1 gem in a level and then find a secret area within it... does that first gem from before the secret area still count? ie: Should I finish the level and get every gem both with and without the secret area to maximize my gem count?

    We see multiple Credit and deposit events, as well as MyVIP payback for multiple months. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see
    their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Gems only started in October, so they would not reflect your
    entire Xbox Live Rewards tenure. Prizes go out of stock from the Vault once the available prizes are claimed by users.

    Been gold for 2 years can't claim active for 6 months VIP gems why

    Gems just started on October 1 (November 1 for the game pass challenge), so it hasn't been 6 months yet.
    But I have been xbl gold for over 2 years now and says I have to have a active gold for more than 6 months I have had that but not received the gems
