I have 2 gamertags under 1 mailadress

Hello people!

Long story short! I had a gamertag, associated with a gmail adress, some time ago. i wanted to make use of it again, but since it wasnt a windows live account yet, i had to make it a windows live account. wich i did. Then i logged in with it on xbox.com,
there it made a new gamertag!

So, now i should have 2 gamertags under 1 account! The one im using now, and the one i wanted to use.

Now, when i logon to my xbox 360 console, it downloads this turqoise pear 5 tag, wich i dont want! Is there a way to manage my gamertags on a level where i can get rid of this turqoise thing, and make my other tag (PF Krav) the gamertag for my account??

Btw: I chatted with techsupport, and they put my case trough to the advocacy department or so. But i think i didnt really got to make myself clear to the person on the other end. We confirmed that my PF Krav tag is associated with my gmail account though

wie kann ich die auf diesem Konto gespeicherte Windows Live ID von diesem Konto entfernen, damit ich die E-Mailadresse für einen anderen Gamertag nutzen kann?

Moving gamertag to a different microsoft account

Make sure that email#2 is not logged in on any devices as a Microsoft Account except on your Xbox console as it may automatically generate a gamertag. After moving the gamertag under email#2, you can contact Xbox Support to check if there is no more gamertag
under email#2 so you can proceed moving gamertag under email#1 to email#2.
