I have 15,200 Credits that i would like redeemed!

Alright, so! I have 15,200 credits I want to redeem and I went to the rewards page to redeem them early and it wont let me, and I would like to get my credits transferred onto my account so I can buy a game that is on sale for only a short amount of time
( I don't have a credit card on me at the moment and it will be too late before I get it back), please help me redeem my credits early/asap.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your deposit on August 9th.

I hit the 5000 credit mark. Over a month now and still nothing. Help, Please. Thanks.

Credits are automatically deposited once you hit 5,000+ credits. If you got all 15,200 before February 1st, then they should deposit in the middle of this month (12th-15th). If you got over 5,000 points after February 1st then the rewards would not be deposited
until the end of the month (26th-28th). There is no way to get rewards deposited sooner than the next deposit date.

As Murphs says, since your Credits were placed as pending on January 31st, you should expect to receive them as a part of the mid-month deposit this month. For future reference, we only do deposits in two deposit cycles at the middle and end of the month.

500 credits is not enough to pay for a gamertag change. 500 credits is equal to $.50 USD. Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they do not have correct information.

Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, or you can request a deposit once you have at least 1,000 pending and they will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site
at the time.
