I have 15,000 credits that I have yet to be deposited into my account

Discus and support I have 15,000 credits that I have yet to be deposited into my account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; As the title suggests, I was told by Xbox Support to post my concern here.     As the title suggests, I was told by Xbox Support to post my concern here. So I would appreciate my credits.

    I am having trouble with my deposites

    I was told to post in Support, so here goes I have 15,000 credits that have yet to be transferred into money and been deposited into my account.

    UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. If there's an issue with your deposits, you would need to post in the support section of this forum.

    Hello REVERSEFLASH,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. This is why your 40,000 Credits have been deposited, but your 15,000 Credit event on November 3rd has not. Those 15,000 Credits should deposit at the end of the month deposit, as described above.

    The only 15,000 Credit amount we see was placed into your account on November 22nd. It was deposited with the recent deposit cycle.
