I have 14 day gold trial but I can't play online

Hello,

I have Xbox Live Gold 14 trial (I get it with my xbox one). I can download the free gold games, but I can't play online. In any game, they ask me to buy xbox live gold. I tried Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite, Paladin, SR4: Re-elected coop, ark: survival evolved, but
nothing work.

(I'm french that why I have a bad english)

Unable to play online with friends?

Hello guys,

yesterday I activated my 14-day-trial of Xbox Live Gold I got from Halo 4, but today I discovered that you can't play with more than one player on the same console online. That's why I bought a normal 1-month-gold-membership, but my xbox still acts like I have
the 14-day-trial. Does the regular membership only get activated when the trial is over? Do I have to wait 14 days to play online with friends again or is there a way to somehow deactivate the trial? Someone please help me!

My 14 day trial code was accepted, but now it is greyed out and I can't play online.

I put in a code for a 14 day gold trial and the code was accepted, but now it is greyed out in my account and I can't play online. Help!

Hey ItzPhasma! Trials offer different levels of access to Gold features, Consult with the terms of your trial for info on what features you have been granted access to. Thanks!

The 14 day trial doesn't give you the "full" gold benefits.

Some games can't be played online with a 14 day trial card.

Yeah I'm positive I have gold because my friend was sharing it with me plus I put in a 14 day gold trial and I can join Xbox Live parties just can't play online on NBA 2K16.

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.
