I have 12months gold membership but not able to play online

Discus and support I have 12months gold membership but not able to play online in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; paid for my gold subscription of $65.31 on 16/3/17, multiplayer worked for about a month and now it just stopped.     paid for my gold subscription of $65.31 on 16/3/17, multiplayer worked for about a month and now it just stopped. I get all discounts from being a gold member on games, get monthly gold games free. Everthing from a gold membership works expect i can't play
    online. Why? This sucks that i paid for something that bearly works. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Everytime i access an online feature on any games i have, screen pops up stating i need gold membership or multiplayer required

    But I have a gold membership. I bought 3 12month gold membership, for my 2 brothers it's ok but not for me.

    From Xbox Live to Xbox Live Gold

    I have paid for XBox Live Gold membership but it still functions like I don't have Gold membership. I have paid for 12months and 3 weeks in it has still not corrected itself. What do I do?

    A number of people are having this problem lately. Is the Xbox you're currently playing on set as the
    Home Xbox? If not, go to Settings> Personalization > My Home Xbox > Make This My Home Xbox.

    If this doesn't work, another problem that can affect your ability to play online are content restrictions. Go to Settings > Account > Content Restrictions. Be sure
    Access to content is set to Unrestricted.

    If this doesn't work, you can try removing your account and
    re-registering it to your Xbox. All your save data will remain so don't worry. To do this, go to Accounts > Remove Accounts and select the account you want to remove.

  6. You can contact the support to troubleshoot your subscription or

    1. scroll the "home screen left to pour open the guide."

    2. Select settings.

    3. Select all settings.

    4. Select System.

    5. Select the console and updates information.

    6. reset the console.

    7.reinitialiser and keep my games & apps

    . All your save data will remain

    My Xbox profile isn't allowed to play Xbox live why?

    You Don't Have A Gold Membership (The Gold Membership Is Required to play online games E.g Call Of Duty) I would suggest upgrading your membership to Gold, This Has lots of cool features and you will be able to play online!
