I have 10,000 or more points that have been waiting to be used

It started on 31/12/2016 and today is 06/05/2017, I have all my payment and billing filled out how come I'm not getting those points deposited in my account.

I used my rewards point to get 10,000 Microsoft points and im still waiting after 4 days

need help used my reward point used them still dont have the 10,000 point i choose its been longer than 92 hours

Account Hacked. No word from support. (FIFA 12)

I have just found out that I have been hacked too. 10,000 points purchased, and spent on FIFA12 content. I have reported it to XBox and my credit card as fraud. I am not waiting for XBox to come up with the goods as they seem slow, looking at previous
comments. My credit card company will hound them. I wonder if it is actually EA, or XBox thats been hacked... Any admittance of liability yet?

I did the may gamerscore challenge and got 10,000 gamerscore and its june 1 and I dont have any points do I have to wait till they give to me.

Exaclty! I have a private server subscription but I can' get 10,000 more points by next week! and the only option is 800

No,you get the reward points as you earn the gamerscore,you don't get 10,000 in bulk at the end.

If you have already got 10.000 gamerscore then you've already earnt the 10,000 reward points.

Been a lot of confusion about this,they could of worded the promo a lot better.

sometimes there is a Microsoft Rewards Quest to earn 10,000 gamer score for 10,000 MS Reward Points.

you need to get the MS Rewards app on your Xbox to view your progress.

if you have Game Pass then you can also do the Game Pass Quests for more Reward Points.
