I have 0 profiles on my 360

Discus and support I have 0 profiles on my 360 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I turned on my 360 and all of the profiles are deleted and when I go to storage it says the device is unformatted and by formatting it I would lose...     I have 0 profiles on my 360


    I turned on my 360 and all of the profiles are deleted and when I go to storage it says the device is unformatted and by formatting it I would lose everything which I don't want to do. Please help!

    Every time I go to my home page, it shows I have 2 messages. I go in to check my messages and nothing.... all messages have been read? I have checked on my 360, which shows 0 messages and my profile here which shows 0 messages? Only on my X1 does it show
    I have 2 messages which I don't. Odd......

    Gamertags to be Recycled 5/18/16!

    Only if it's an account that was created on the OG Xbox and never logged into a 360 or X1.

    Hey there aaronpallen.

    It sounds like your storage may be corrupt if it's asking you to format it. Unfortunately you'll need to perform the format in order to use the storage and download the profiles that were on your console.

    There are no profiles on the 360 pop up menu, when i go to storage it has 0 data and 0 profiles on it.

    did you want me to delete my profile from my xbox one and redownload it?

    Having the exact same issue. I've completed dozens of games over the last few months and all my percentages were perfectly fine. I started playing playing Shadow of Mordor 9 days ago and now all my Xbox One games are at 0% but my 360 titles have the correct
    percentages. Hard restarted, removed and recovered my profile to my console and nothing changed. My brother check my achievements through the friends list and they're all at 0%. I checked my profile on Xbox.com and everything is at 0% except the 360 titles.
    I've never seen this before and it is seriously heartbreaking

    Xbox App not deleting 0G games off achievement list.

    As far as I am aware you could only delete those games off the Xbox 360. For the Xbox one you are effectively just hiding the games but they are still 0% on your profile, thus why you still see it on the app. I know it is not ideal, personally I liked
    the ability to remove 0 Gamerscore games off my profile from the Xbox 360 days.
