    I am just about done with Xbox. This has proven to be the biggest waste of money I could possibly imagine. I have a 60 mbs internet connection and wired directly to my modem my connect in multiplayer games is always yellow or below.
    I have an open nat type, I have tried everything on the trouble shooting guide and the results of my multiplayer connection test always says, "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues." I have a Playstation 4 that doesn't have any of these
    issues. I only bought this piece of crap because my friends have one and I wanted to play with them online and this is what I get. I has been this way since the beginning of December. I understand having issues, and I have tried to be patient but my friends
    continue to report they do not have the same problem. So what's the excuse? Why do I always get the same message that the problem is on your end? I am a gold member, I am playing a game I have a season pass to, I have wasted an unbelievable amount of money
    on this and all I get is a stupid message saying its Microsoft's fault and an unplayable game experience.

    psn has none of these problems, I've already cancelled my gold i refuse to buy any more videos, and if I'm paying for the right to use it then thats what i should have regardless of being signed on the internet or not, the fact that xbox 1 was made to never
    download video this is an epic faliur and frankly just shows me how little they care about there customers

    Hi

    Along with your internet speed you also need to make sure that the latency (Ping) on the console is low enough along with ensuring that you are not experiencing packet loss. Can you please try following the guides below to hopefully work out and resolve
    the cause of your issue.

    Network Packet loss troubleshooting forum guide

    Additionally if possible can you try using an alternate Ethernet cable and different ports on your router along with connecting the console via WiFi tTo see if you experience the same problems, also I would suggest disconnecting
    everything from your router apart from your Xbox One to see what happens.

    Finally if possible can you try taking your console and connecting if to one of your friends network to see if you experience the same problems when connected to there network..

    It's called Digital Rights Management and Microsoft are not the only ones to use it. You don't actually own the content, just a license to use it. You can use the content on other devices as long as you're still signed into Live.
