    someone hacked my account and got me banned to cummnicate so i wasnt even on that day and the next day i cheked my messages. seen the rude messages. from my account having. dishonorabel words from someone else and my account then the messages from xbox saying
    you have been banned for you past behaver. then that got me mad because i dont how someone got on my account. and could actually get on my game send messages that are rude but look im sorry i wasnt my fault and i try m ake sure they dont do it again

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and they are the only ones that can respond to any enforcement actions. You can submit a case review
    here, if qualified if you feel the suspension is incorrect.

    Make sure you don't have your account on any other consoles outside your direct control., change the password on the account and reach out to phone support to open an unauthorized account access ticket so investigation can begin.
