Rocksmith song download from old XBOX to new XBOX X

i purchased the new XBOX X recently and i'm having a hard time figuring out how to transfer purchases made on my older XBOX One, what do i do? I purchased the new XBOX because the older XBOX One had an issue with the HDMI (in) and i could no longer get
a picture on the screen. does this make sense? any help is greatly appreciated.

All you need to do is download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app from your waiting to install list and select the option of registration once you open the app.

Hello, I have a similar problem, but I was in Preview program before, but I sold my console and I removed my old xbox from preview, after that one month later I bought a new console, I had a preview app in my history, I downloaded it and I registered my
new xbox. I had two options and I chose new xbox one experience. My status is still pending, what can I do? Any Suggestions?

Thank you, i will try to find a friend with an xbox one and sign in to my account, and try to remove it from the preview programme as you suggest.

Hopefully this will help, although I'm just wondering, how would my xbox that won't boot know that it is no longer in the preview programme?

I suspect it wouldn't know and therefore would stop with the same error due to the older firmware in the OSU1 file.

But at least worth a try, and when i do get this working again, i think i definitely want to be out of the preview programme after these problems.
