I had Xbox game pass when I bought the laptop but it somehow disappeared.

It shows one month only. When I got the laptop, I checked the Microsoft Store, in the "Included in Device" tab, it was shown that I'll get 3 Months of Game Pass and the sales person also told me about it. Now it somehow changed to one month. My friend has the same laptop and he got the whole 3 months of game pass, I feel cheated now.

I will wait another 24 hours I reached out to the seller and they told me too contact Xbox if nothing happens by tomorrow I guess the season pass disappeared forever somehow

When i bought my xbox one it came with forza horizon 4. I bought the bundle that came with it. I did the same with my nephew i bought him the bundle and somehow he is able to play the game still and im not. Neither of us have game pass anymore but he can

it also said i had 30 days to redeem. and only a few days had passed when i first got the message that it disappeared

having a similar problem but no error code. somehow today my profiles and all my games and other saved data were wiped and could 't even try to sign in to xbox live when attempting to download my profile. I had changed my password on live on my laptop and
verified it was changed. It will let me sign in on my laptop but not on my xbox 360. keeps telling me that the password is incorrect but I know it is correct because it lets me sign in on the laptop.
