    I had two gamer tags on my email. And now one is gone and cannot get it back


    Hello so I’ve been playing Xbox for a while. And a few years ago I made two profiles on my email so me and my friends could play. Now I just purchased the new Xbox and just started getting back into gaming now I cannot find my gamertag I used, all that was there was the other account for friends. Can someone please help me I really want my main account because I had games on there I really want. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

    Well I found another Microsoft email that actually more than likely has this gamertag on it. But I don’t know the password and it has my old number on it. Can you help me with this?

    you can only have one xbox profile to an email, as the microsoft account is the xbox account.
