    Call them back and tell them you resolved the issue and no longer need the scheduled call.

    No you have to also schedule a call back for sony with them also

    I know because Id had to do Warranty and reboot of death claim not to.mention call centers get.slammed by prank calls or calls for.silly unrelated things like enforcement which is not.under support

    Sony doesnt even have office forums.it's all handled by third party forums
