    I had to reset my xbox due to cod issue with download i am now unable to find my original account...? Driving me mad because i have xbox live on it and really hoping i havent lost the account

    Xbox One won't connect to the wifi

    Mine went down out of the blue today, Microsoft had me hard reset my Xbox and now I’m bricked at the start up screen because I can’t find any internet wired or wireless.

    All 360 online services are down. Back compatible games on Xbox one can’t save.

    I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

    I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

    Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

    I’m having the same issue, I tried doing the factory reset and now i can’t get past the setup my xbox part because th update still fails. I have tried over and over, but still the problem remains.

    I can’t find the email because it was so long ago that i bought the game. I just checked my xbox profile and it still shows my stats for the game but the game is gone
