    I had to pay to ship my Broken Controller to be Replaced?


    I needed a Replacement controller due to the Fact that the DPad does not register when I press Down on it, so I made a Replacement Order since it was under Warranty. I had to pay to ship it.....Why should I have to pay to ship Microsoft's broken controller
    when they should have shipping included....? I believe they should refund me the money I had to pay to ship the Controller.

    Xbox one controller doesn't work, it does not turn on

    I had this exact issue in December!

    Ms wouldn't help me, ended up waiting 3 weeks to buy a new controller, which lasted 40ish days before left analog broke. MS solution was for me to pay to ship it back for a replacement. Also, they couldn't promise I'd get the current gen controller with
    a headphone port.. Very frustrated about this.

    controler repair shipment

    They will not help you. I had the same problem, I had to send my Day One Edition controller to the Czech Republic. They will expect you to pay to ship it then get a new controller. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks so far and no new controller.

    Let me ask you this. Would you rather pay $60 for a new controller or pay $6 and some change for shipping? I had to pay to have my day one controller replaced and I only paid $6.36 for shipping.

    You shouldn't have to pay at all due to the fact that it's under warranty....

    Feedback site! Not having to pay shipping isn't really a support question, and sounds like a terrific suggestion for feedback.

    As for a refund, you would have to contact support. It's not within policy, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

    Day One Edition Controller in Repair Facility for over 2 months now.

    I asked for a replacement in chat support due to stick drift on my day one edition, I had to pay for shipping to ship it out, and recived my day one edition replacment 3 days later. I told the guy in the support chat that I'd rather keep my broken day one
    edition if they ran out of replacements. I was assured he filled out the replacement form correctly and he did. I also put a typed letter stating to send me back my broken day one edition if they don't have any stock left of day one edition controllers.
