I had to factory reset my xbox, i now cant remember my e-mail address attached to that account! I need to find this information, the call back requires sign in and obviously i cannot do this, i know all the information associated with this account just not the e-mail address

Unfortunately support wouldn't be able to provide you with what the email is even if you know everything else so contacting them about this wouldn't really be of any use.

so ultimately you'd have to find out what email you used one way or another. The following article has some suggestions:

Basically I had to go back to my hotmail/live/outlook whatever they are calling it now account and change the Primary e-mail address to my old e-mail address. Then I took it off Magical sign in with Kinect and selected just plain old remember my password.
Now it seems to be working - so far...

Never mind. Turns out that all I had to do was CORRECTLY spell her xboxlivefamily e-mail address in order to reset her password, and that got sent back to my e-mail account. So this is all figured out now.

Yeah ready looked at this, not much help but thank you, its a bit of a joke to be honest that if you have all of the details including bank details and the microsoft account password that you still cant get the information, looks like i will be replacing my Xbox with a PS5 after 20 years of xbox exclusivity, wouldnt mind but the reason i reset the console is because it malfunctioned!
