I called my bank and they have no record of any transaction occurring, not even one that is still pending. Nothing at all.

So basically I have a bank account where no money has been taken, I have Microsoft who say they haven't taken any money and I have transaction history that says they have! Who knows where we're at.

Exactly the same here just my game was fifa. Had an error message so found that purchasing games was downcon the network then when checking transactions realised the money had been taken out. Now when I go to Fifa its as if I haven't bought it
