I had same account for 7 years it says 3

I want my 7 years if u go though my achievements on halo 3 shows proof that i should have 7 years please help

Tenure not updating.

I am the same dude, I have had Xbox account for over 3 years, and it still says one year at the top. It has happen to a lot off people. I just hope they get it fixed soon.

Have you been silver at any point during those 7 years?

 

Was just going to say the game thing if your subscription was either cancelled or ran out within the 7 year timeframe that could be why.

 

You've been a Silver for 4 of those 7 years. I've been on Xbox Live for 6 years, but it says I'm a 5 and I have bee a Silver for about 6 months of that time.

 

More than likely because of the breaks I have had gold for years n years but usually had a day or two between renewals so only counts me as a 1 year too which is a downer but hey ho, if I remember correct the months trials will also affect it but dont quote
me on that

 

Tenure is only accumulated via active gold subscription, if you don't pay you don't get tenure.
