I had purchased some games but I still did not get my Xbox live Credits

I had purchased assassin's creed black flag, and my credits still didn't get updated I had also purchased Call of duty but still I didn't get any credits. Need help!

Rewards credits not deposited

Hello,

I have purchased my xbox one S from microsoft store on November 25, 2016, however I did not get the 50,000 credits as promised. I also had a xbox live/gold account since 2010 and still have an xbox 360, so technically this was an upgrade.

 

Not receiving xbox live reward credits

I am an active xboxlive rewards member since 2014, but yet, as I checked it, I have not been getting any of the rewards for some time! I was supposed to get the 15,000 reward credits for destiny 2 pre order, movies I bought, games I purchased and Xbox live
renewal, but I did not get any credit for any of it. Can you help?

 

There are currently no offers those games are eligible for. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. If you are
eligible for rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.
