I had old xboxone account but I can't remember the email address is there some way for me...

I did all of that the last time and not doing it again because it doesn't work and then I got my self a PlayStation because you guy don't help and again you don't just give rubbish to fill in all the time just help it been going on for years now and I'm getting mad

I apologize, Cleon but without the Microsoft email address we can't proceed with recovering the account. According to the support site:

"Important Xbox Support can’t provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

I'm trying to re-associate my old Microsoft account (with a Google address) with my current gamertag. I did learn that the old account was indeed associated with a free Silver gamertag for reasons I cannot remember. In order to make the switch to the old
account, I renamed the old account with a new email address, in hopes that I could somehow reclaim the old address. However when I tried to rename, I received the error: 'email isn't available'. What happened to it? Why can't I reclaim it???

Hello OP, there is a way to get the email address of your old gamertag. Simply call support. They will ask you some account specific questions. If you can answer them they will give you the email address.

From there, if you cannot remember the pasword you should be able to change it from the emails website.
