I had nearly 100 of microsroph Xbox taken out my account but do not have a Xbox account of...

ive had £202 taken out of my account nearly two weeks ago and have been waiting for the sodding advoacy team to contact me - my rent is due tomorrow and they dont actually give a ***!!!!!!

No but heres like the very hard basic facts. My account xNoyZx was hacked/stolen, who ever did it changed 100% of everything on my account including name, address, e-mail everything. I did an unauthorized access the night it happened, they went through it
and decided it need to be an elevated investigation. I waited for over 2 months for them to do this, they said seeing my name is not the name on the account, they will not do anything about it. I have proof that its my account but xbox will not work with me
so I can get MY account back. The same account i've had since Xbox Live came out, that i've invested thousands of dollars in and have limited edition items on it that I can not get back. Not to mention all my achievements and head shots from MW2. This could
all be taken care of within 2-3 hours if Xbox will just work with me.

Here's the thing. This is the same exact account i've had since xbox live first came out on the original xbox. I Never had to put in a parents e-mail. After my account was hacked and I got it back this child account thing is locked and I get a family pack
error code when I try to promote it and when I try to switch stuff I get some *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, I have never been apart of a family pack for xbl. My account was 100% just fine until all of this happened and it's taken almost 6 months so far and it's still in shambles.

I purchased a 1 month Xbox live and they have taken money out of my account and hen I haven’t been on the Xbox through out the whole month, how do I get my money back.

Hello ,I have had a number of payment taken from my account ,on the bank statement it says msft Xbox

But there is no reason why ! I looked on internet as some just said msft ,an found others had the same problem .I would like my money back ,an answers why Microsoft as able to do this ,I have direct debts declined as Microsoft have already taken money with
out my knowledge ,an I've incurred charges due to this .
