Hey Rick, sorry you're dealing with this login problem. I understand how frustrating this is!

If the fingerprint passkey says it worked but the Xbox still asks for a password, it might not be recognizing the sign-in method properly. Try removing the Xbox from your trusted devices in your Microsoft account settings and then sign in again from scratch.

Also make sure the console is fully updated, sometimes that helps clear sign-in issues like this. If it still doesn't work, you can try resetting your password. That can sometimes help to clear up this login loop issue.

That's exactly what I am going through

I'm getting the same error trying to download my account on another xbox. "80151103" When I first logged on xbox.com it told me I had broken some rules though, and needed a code sent to a cell phone, I had it sent to my mom's cell but will enter that tonight
and see if it fixes it.

AAND I'm not responsible for it if I'm sleeping and he uses my fingerprint to get into my phone, that's against my will. This friend will be...dealt with to say the least,i know im responsible for it any other time, but allow passwords on the app and this
wouldn't happen in the first place.

I’m having the same EXACT issues - it seems as though the 4K UHD is passing too much info at certain points of the movies. I get pixelization and freezes at the same points in the same scenes on the same movies. It is very frustrating as watching 4K movies
is the reason I upgraded from the XBONE to the 1X in the first place.i tried the system reset as I recently had my Xbox one x returned from service and it doesn’t help I had the issues before I sent out and still have the same problems after I got the console
back. I am going to try different HDMI cables to try to get it to work as I am currently using supplied Xbox one x cable. FWIW I have a samsung 4K HDR tv.

after purchasing an ultra HD 18Gbps HDMI cable, I still had the same issues. After much thought, I decided to check the obvious...fingerprints on the disk. After cleaning thoroughly - the skipping, jitters and artifacts disappeared, even after going back
to my original hdmi cable. I then checked the other disk (passengers 4K) and sure enough - fingerprints on there too. Please be careful handling these disks as 4K UHD is much more sensitive to fingerprints then DVDs and Blu-ray. Hope this helps others, as
it is what the problem was for me.
