I had my account recently banned and want to know why?

The gamertag on the account is - deputize I have not recived any email as to why ive been banned.

I just want to talk to support about my account BAN

I recently got banned on my account for communication for sending random letters to some friends and got banned and now i got banned again while i was already banned for harassment and abuse, threats and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY PLEASE HELP ME i just want to know
why and neither of the bans were justified at all and i want to know WHY please someone respond and help me

My account was recently banned permanently. I had purchased a game on this specific account through my xbox one and now that I'm banned on this account I'm not allowed to access this specific game on another account that I have. I am wanting to know if there
is any support or answers I can get to play my game on my other account please notify me. I don't want to switch networks to play station just because I am not allowed to play my purchased game on another console.

Is it a permanent ban or a temporary ban?

 

It's because you cheated, scammed, modded or did something else to break the TOS. They don't randomly ban people for no reason despite all of the claims that they do. . Also don't try the tired excuse of "my friend/kid/cousin did it" it won't work. I actually
enjoy reading the support enforcement threads, reminds me of my younger days in loss prevention and how even faced with video evidence people will still deny stealing "you edited that to frame me!" Ahh the asinine stuff people say to try and stay out of trouble.
