    Game was taken away from me

    This just happened to me 3 days ago. What they told me is that when I pre-ordered, they did not charge me. Now that the game is out, they have taken up to a week or two to complete all of the charges for everyone's account. In my case by then, the money
    I had in my account had gone to other purchases, so when Microsoft billed my card, it was declined due to a lack of funds.

    I now have the game, though now a different problem, lol. It never ends does it?

    I've had it solved with a member of the Virtual Chat. I received an email saying the money had gone back into my Microsoft account, unfortunately my chat refreshed before the host could return from trying to solve it, so thank you if you can read this haha
