    its there way i can get my vip diamond rewards back i saved up so hard for to get my Xbox live year code for gone now because of the change over are get a year pass code from yall u can look and see i had all the diamonds and more to had get it i was waiting
    on to get 1 because it said sold out on it so i was waiting on to get one but now it took it all n just game me my points only not my vip vault diamonds i took time to get so please help me get them back r give me the year code to my account for the card i
    work hard for thhat was tooking from Xbox live rewards in all caps is my gamer tag i had the rewards in look it up n see so i can get it back are the code card to my account plz thanks

    i need help getting my diamonds rewards back in the vip vault i had more then enough to get the year of Xbox live code card but the change over took them nand only gave me my points so is there away i can get them back are get the card put on my account
    are something. look at my account and see i had it but now its all gone if u can put the year of live on my account r give the vip gems back to in all caps ill be glad because I work to hard to get them for them to be tooking away thanks

    Hi there! In order to get a 10-Year Helmet, you had to be an Xbox LIVE Rewards member, and selected for that VIP Reward.

    VIP Items? Where are they?

    I noticed I didn't get any VIP rewards then went to the marketplace last night and saw that there was the VIP add-on that wasn't downloaded. So I downloaded it.

    Nothing happened in the game, so I quit the game and restarted.

    Then ALL OF MY TOKENS were gone.

    I now have 0, instead of the measly 25 that I had. Nor do I have the VIP reward. Nor do I show as a VIP on any leaderboards. I can't do the VIP race. I don't get increased EXP.

    This is pretty weak

    Very disapointed at notice to close xbox rewards programe

    Xbox, Its been 5 days now and still the vault prizes have not been refilled to reward Xbox customers, it has been 5 days and I have not seen any reassurance or reply,
    will the vault be refilled? Will you re-look at how unfair the conversion rate of VIP gems to Microsoft reward points are?
    Will anyone from Microsoft read this?
