I had charges to my card refunded via email but the money isn't going into my bank account???

Please check the Microsoft Account that is attached to the account you made the purchase on, your funds may be found there. If after you have checked your bank statements and you are sure that the email sent is not fraudulent, it may be worth giving

Sometimes it can take up to a week for the Bank to actually receive the money back, if its been over a week and the money still isn't refunded, I would call the number on the back of the card and make sure you get confirmation numbers from both parties...

Whats the phone number because support says go to the forums... ugh.

Should take about 3 business days to return to your bank account, If not then contact your bank or Xbox Live support
