    Only games that are Play Anywhere titles can be bought on the Xbox and redownloaded on the PC for free (or vice versa). Unfortunately that game is not Play Anywhere so you would have to purchase the PC version in order to play it on the PC. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere

    I did start The Outer Worlds, but Afterbirth+ DLC for The Binding of Isaac FINALLY released after being delayed 2 or 3 years... So that's my focus.

    I had it even worse. The full game is not available in my country but for some reason the DLC is. I bought the dlc also thinking it was the full game. I do not understand how they can make the dlc available but not the full game.
