    i had an error code one day and wouldnt let me sign in error code when it wouldnt let me...


    so i went onto the xbox support page and it said to remove my account through settings. which i did, but now im trying to add my account back and its not letting me and. i need help on how to get it back. ok so when after i type my info to log into my
    account it says "another user on this device uses this microsoft account, so you cant add it here." and im so confused? does anyone know a better way to sign in or recover my account.

    Try to go to your Settings and then go to Reset and when you that click it and then click - Keep games and apps - Once you do that it will reset your Xbox without actually resetting it but you will have to put the language and other things like you just
    started Xbox but then once you get to Account it will say do you want to sync with ___________ (your account) and them click yes and do some other steps after that

    Ive been trying all day!, , after the name change, i deleted my profile off xb1 and then tried to add myself on again to which point it wouldnt let me sign in!, hense the error code i do have a 360 still available should i try that???

    Its up now, just watched it. Had a heck of a time trying to watch it though. First it wouldnt let me purchase it, kept getting an error code. after about 4 tries it eventually let me purchase it. Then it wouldnt let me play it. saying something about
    usage rights, had the same problem midway through the last season of the walking dead . Again after a few tries it eventually worked. Hey theres a new slogan XBOX VIDEO TRY IT ....IF THAT DONT WORK TRY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. IT'LL EVENTUALLY WORK!
