I had an account get permanently suspended but nothing has been done by me or my son on the account. I need to see if I can get my sons' account back because they share it, but they have spent hundreds on products for the account which would now be lost,
so would I get a refund

My sons account has been permanently suspended but i have been told he can make another account. This is fine with me but i renewed his gold membership in november and there is still money on his account. How do i get the membership and my money transfered
over to the new account???

Hello Microsoft team. I have been falsely banned and my account has been permanently suspended. My gamertag is 'Son' Xbox have banned me for account phishing. You have no evidence of me buying or selling accounts. It's not my fault I have a rare gamertag
and everyday I receive several messages from other Xbox live players asking to buy my gamertag. I also block and report them all. Out of other players wanting my gamertag they report me because they want to see me banned. The enforcement team has suspended
me permanently off of several false reports. That's not fair since I've done nothing wrong. I've had Xbox live almost 10 years, I understand the rules of Xbox live and I wouldn't put my account at risk by account phishing. I done a case review and it got no
where. I believe the enforcement team is lacking the proper customer support that's needed. I feel once your account is suspended there's no getting it back. You can't even prove your innocence.
