    0x80070490 Gears 4 Preload and Now ReCore Patch

    First (and still) can't download the Gears 4 preload and now I can't download the ReCore patch for PC. In both cases, the download goes for the full file length and then I get the 0x80070490 error. I have run sfc, DISM.exe, and wsreset all with no issues
    reported. Running Windows 10 build 14393.222 which was supposed to fix this crap. Fix your store.

    To clarify, does a download show up for the game in your Games & Apps? That smaller file is part of the pre-download and once it becomes fully available it should update the rest to make it playable.

    To clarify, does a download show up for the game in your Games & Apps? That smaller file is part of the pre-download and once it becomes fully available it should update the rest to make it playable.
