    Ah, okay then. That's pretty stupid but whatever. Do you think that the temporary suspension ban is until my communications ban? Also, how would they know it's still me? What if I have other friends and/or family members that play on it?

    Account Suspension due to kid's horrible behavior.

    My son has access to my Xbox Live account and has added up some suspensions. I have recently been informed of a 100 day suspension and would like to remove it. I have called customer support to figure out how to stop communications between non-friends and
    would love to have some help in removing the suspension from my account. I have already grounded him and told him he is not allowed to ever play on my account again.

    It is a violation of the code of conduct to use a secondary account in order to avoid a suspension on your main account.

    Sounds like you have been given a temporary console privilege suspension to prevent you from doing this.

    No account on your console can play online etc. until the suspension on your main account is over.

    The other accounts will work on a different device/console.

    Hey there Soul! I'm sorry to hear that you cannot accept the Terms at this time. Is the suspension permanent or only temporary? If temporary, how long until it is lifted? I would recommend simply waiting until that time.

    If your suspension is permanent, I would suggest contacting the Enforcers in Forum 14 for direction on how to access your child account. I hope this helps, thanks!

    Permanently Banned Unjustly not working

    If it is definitely a permanent ban, you won't get your account back. If it is just a temporary suspension, which is most likely the case, you'll get access to your account once the suspension is over. We can't tell you how long it would be here on the forums.

    It sounds like it's a temporary suspension. Your friend would need to request a case review at the
    Enforcement site and fess up that they did it without your knowledge. Barring that, I'd presume that you're out of luck until the suspension ends.
