I had a vip star but its gone now. I also have done requested mission stuff like pre order games got nothing ansd currency ive earnd is gone. How is this possible i had money now i dont why is this? Is this a scam ishould have atleast 35 bucks

stuck at 123 stars for un locking tai

i was earning new stars on hardcore. i started hardcore with 123 stars. i earned the star struck achievement. i kepted earning new stars but, the stars for unlocking tai stayed at 123. i beat a level and earn 4 stars, yet the stat ticker for unlocking tai
stayed at 123. it shows in campaign stats i have all those stars.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. This is explained in our FAQ. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened
in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
