    x box live gold with adult account wont let me play plants versus zombies, says " your profile does not have the correct permissions to access xbox live functionality"

    hi can any one help with this. I purchased xbox live gold, 12 month sub back in july and although had a bit of trouble getting it up and running to begin with, it has been ok since then. I have now got P v Z garden warfare but the above CONNECTION fault
    keeps coming up. has anyone got any tips on where Im going wrong

    Xbox Live problems

    I can't seem to join any online multiplayer games even though i have a valid xbox live gold subscription that expires in 2018. Is this a fault with xbox live, my account or something else? Any help would be great as microsoft themselves have been pretty
    useless so far!!

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subcription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
      Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail or if the subscription isn't showing anymore then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    My account got banned

    Well i had lots of points i purchased and 2 more years of xbl gold membership, how is it my fault that i loose it all.

    I reported my account stolen and nothing was done, so then i had to find my account then change every thing back and then i come to see that my account gets banned the next day.

    I had the same problem, a couple of hours ago I got kicked off live with the same code...for me it was a problem on xbox's fault cause I was just able to sign in now- try it again
