I had a enforcement ban and when the ban was over i was still unable to communicate

Have you recently had a communication ban? If so there is an issue of when coming off the ban you are still unable to be heard when it party chat.

"If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account."

This method did not work and I'm still unable to communicate. I've already served my two week temporary ban so why am I still banned? This is ridiculous. I want Enforcement teams number.

Ok so to begin i was communication banned from the 23rd of October to the 6th of November. I didn't think much of it until after my ban i am currently unable to send messages or be in a party, etc. I contacted xbox support twice about this and apparently
while i was communication banned i managed to get another communication ban put against me? And the crazy thing is that it doesn't end until February 1st of 2018?? First of all i was already banned so there is no way i could of gotten this. Second of all i
can't even file for a case review because this ban doesn't show up for me in my enforcement history? It just shows my last one and that it had already ended? I am currently speaking with a xbox support representative and he said to post on here as a way of
communicating with the enforcement team since this current enforcement wont show in my history. PLEASE ENFORCEMENT TEAM HELP ME WITH THIS!!!

You would have had to contact the enforcement team when the ban was issued. Since it's been well over 12 months, they will no longer review the ban so there is no way to have the ban lifted.

There must be a way to a microsoft employee can read this, because there is no chance to make a case about that, because there is no ban.

I don't know how to get in contact with them and no i don't want to start a new account and do all over again. I have games on that account and Friends and memorys. I would pay anything to get it back.

If the ban happened 9 years ago then this would have been when the enforcement used the forums and before the enforcement team site was created which would be the reason the enforcement action wont show up. It would only show bans/suspensions that were given after the moved from the enforcement team forums to the enforcement team website.

You would have had to speak with the enforcement team via the forums when they still communicated that way.

Even if the ban showed up on the enforcement team site you wouldnt have been able to appeal it as only bans/suspensions that have been given out in the past year are eligible for an appeal.
