I had already set drive correctly- it didn't work.

Yes... I'm inputting the code correctly... -.- and I've tried the website. I even let my cousin try, didn't work. and gamestop won't replace it.

Sorry to hear about what happened. However, you can try redeeming the code again using a different device to see if it will suffice. Kindly also ensure you're connected to a stable internet connection when redeeming your code.
