    server loosing connection

    i keep loosing my cards and the server keeps trying to connect lost 12 cards and many bingos can you finally fix this issue please

    Something has gone wrong with the game!!!!

    I've enjoyed this game.. until this evening. I had 3 cards in Italy...two numbers selected on the Power Card... 30 Bingos remaining... nothing happens... then, there are 28 bingos remaining!!! then 25...20... but, no numbers have been called on my screen....
    then 18 bingos remaining... 12... 8...6...2...0..then the timer counts down to Match Over... I have just lost the tickets for three cards, and the coins for 2 numbers on the Power Bingo card... it's the 2nd time in a row!!! What's up with that???

    I'm sorry to see any connection issues. There were some server connection issues at the end of last week, however we believe them to be resolved. We are unable to recover any winnings that may have been achieved during games, but please do let us know if
    you have other connection issues upon launching the game. I had 12 bingos and then there was a failure to connect to the server :)

    I'm sorry to see any connection issues. There were some server connection issues at the end of last week, however we believe them to be resolved. We are unable to recover any winnings that may have been achieved during games, but please do let us know if

    can't connect to bingo or collect the free tickets or coins.

    There is currently an issue on purchase and content usage so this could be a reason for this or the server for Bingo is currently offline and you will just need to wait for this to be back up.
