I got wrongly banned from communications

I got home from school the other day and eat down in my room to play some for honor with my friend. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to understand why my Xbox wouldn't allow me to be in a party due to my "privacy settings" I finally discovered via a message
from Xbox that they are taking action and enforcing punishment for "violating the terms and service agreement" I don't even know what I could've done to get banned, I haven't played my Xbox in awhile, my friend may have played on my account but I feel as though
I don't deserve this punishment and request that the ban be lifted before March 7th. Thank you.

Wrongly Communication Banned

Xbox Enforcement is a absolute joke. On the front page it says "Context Matters," however, in their case review where they left my ban for 2 weeks, they used no evidence of context.

Words can have meaning but if you throw an insult there is only one use for the word and it is not valid to use any other excuse

If you throw an deragtory word at anyone the intent is clear on context

There is no valid excuse to harass or impede others rights

No matter who started the fight

You can find any excuse under the sun it doesn't matter

Remember context isn't what you make up as an excuse

It's how you meant it

An insult.is an insult even in an arguement

It's your actions that matter pertaining to your suspension

And there is no context to.violate the terms of use

Nor is there any valid excuses to useful language

If you are using an obscure reference that's not a context issue

Insults have their own context and whe. Thrown it is a very clear meaning
