I got unbanned today but people cant hear me in party chat, but I can hear them I hope you guys can fix this as soon as possible, my gamertag is

hi my console got banned and it said it gets unbanned today but it is not its still banned i got in contact with microsoft and they say dont know when it gets unbanned

 

nobody in this section of the forums works for Microsoft.

Even the Moderating Staff are unpaid volounteers.

There is a section on bans in the Forums. Here one of the Enforcement Team will be able to confirm if your service is still being partially restricted or if you need to contact support for further assistance.

 

The ban/suspension forums are not used anymore & haven't been since August.

There is a thread in the support forums which you can add your name to though
forums.xbox.com/.../2048418.aspx & has a bit of info.
