I got unbanned a few weeks ago but still can't use messages or parties

So quite a while back I got a fourteen day suspension so I waited it out witch is not like me to do and felt like two years not weeks lol and the day of my unban I was so exited to go chat with all my friends again so I'm un banned and I even double check
their webiste and the suspension was over so I then go click on one of my best friends and press join party and it says because of your recent behaviour you are unable to join parties I'm like hmm odd so I restart my xbox and try again and no results and I
don't think Xbox is allowed to do this but they did so whenever I plug my adapter in it automatically mutes itself so I got really mad started to curse all that lol and I checked my second account and I was going to chat on that one to but no -.- . Pls help
me all I want is to play games with friends

No ban but cant send messages or make parties?

So I just got unbanned however I still can't send messages or join/make parties. Why is this?

Past suspension

I got unbanned on July 25. But it still says that I can't play online or I can't be an parties or I can't send messages. Can u please fixed this problem. Thank u

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and re adding the account.

the exact thing is happening to me right now. I was suspended over a month ago and ended 3 weeks ago but I still can't can't send messages or talk/hear people in party/game chat. I'm really getting frustrated

He's harassing us on everything, messages, xbox party, party chat... he mostly kept bothering my boyfriend, wouldn't stop spamming him, but it's more of a bully harassment.. He won't stop talking bad about us and starting fights, this has been an on and
off occurrence of him leaving us alone for a few weeks then it goes back to him starting stuff for another few weeks, I don't know what to do at this point and honestly I just want my account unbanned so I can play with my man, have a good time and stop..
But he reported me and now I can't.

I've come across a similar problem. I got unbanned last night from a 2 week suspension, I can join parties, but it says "Privacy settings prevent chat with some people" when they're set to adult, and I still can't send messages even after the ban had been
lifted. It's even affecting my little brothers account too. Are you at all experiencing what I'm going through?

I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat
