I got two xbox one - both are not starting

1. xbox one: I have been playing since a month and suddenly it didn't start anymore. It shows the green screen for 12 sec, starts again and shows green screen again for 12 sec and so on. I did a reset via bind and eject and now i run in another circle. It
shows the controller - I push the button - then it wants me to choose the language what I do, then I need to put Wifi-Code; After I have done that it starts again with the controller. Microsoft support is not a great help because i cannot reach them during
business hours.

2. So I bought a new one until the first xbox one is fixed. This box asked me to do the initial update. The update was loaded and the box tries to implement the update. But when the update is exactly at 33% implementation it will set back to 21% goes to 33%
and back to 21%. The box tried to do the update the whole night long. Restart and swithing off did not succeed. I tried to do the offline update like I tried at the first box but I didn't even got the update loaded (The screen where you see the 4 possibilities)

It is getting really anoying expecially because when the xbox one was working xbox live was down.

Does anyone have advice?

i got two friends and they have not come across the same problem we both are having, i cant log into xbox live...not even thru my computer

 

Combining Xbox Live accounts

Combining two Xbox live accounts into one. Have two accounts and 1 both are my daughters and I could not remember password to the first but recently remembered. How do I combine both?
