    I was banned but I seen that I was supposed to get unbanned today and it is still showing in banned

    I was banned but it said I was supposed to be unbanned today but when I checked to see if I was unbanned I was still banned

    Hi

    Can you please check the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site to make sure that it not showing any active of new Enforcement Actions against yourself. If you are showing as having no active enforcements then I would next ask you to restart your console by pressing and holding the power button
    on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and once the console has switched off remove the power cable from the wall outlet for one minute then restart the console and hopefully you should be able to play and communicate online. If not can you next try
    removing your account from the console (Please make sure you know your account email and password before doing this) carry out another console restart and then re load your account onto the console.

    Check enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your account and see what the date says. Let us know.

    wow, im here too, got banned, they told me to go to forum. how is this helping anything, now im just in a room full of pissed of gamers. UNBAN ME NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my xbox last week from a pawn shop, and when i try to sign in it says this system is
    banned, and i never even got to play it. pawn shop said they wont take it back because technically the system isnt broken... and now im screwed out of 130 dollars

    Permanently banned cannot appeal

    Id contact support and ask them how long you're banned for. They told me 2 weeks but i got unbanned before that
