    "Your gamer profile does not have the correct permission to access this feature"

    I get this message anytime I try to play fifa online. I've seen a lot of other people having the same issue. Will you adress this issue and your customers who miss out on your services? I can not find a reply from EA anywhere online.

    well the account you are posting from is silver and silver accounts cannot play online only gold accounts can.

    You are not showing as a gold member joel, you may need to call support and see if you have any billing issues.

    On this site, if you click "my account" in the top right corner of the screen, it will show you your current subscription on the next page.

    I can see you are not gold here because your gamertag on your gamercard is coloured silver instead of gold, like mine.

    Have you checked your email to see if you have been sent any messages about issues with your subscription?

    this has been happening to me on bo3 and fifa 16, i just got a 3m gold live and nothing changed. The i put my profile to adult, still nothing. i heard you have to change your email age to above 13 or something but i use one of my family member and hey are
    over the age of 13. WHAT DO I DO

    There's a quick fix for this and yes there's a need to reach Xbox support for this case. For starters, you may want to remove your profile ahead so that they can "refresh" your subscription. After they have refreshed your subscription on their end, you can
    re-download back your profile. It works for me.
