i got this error when i bought robux on microsoft i tried many different computers but...

1. Reach out to your Credit Card Provider to see if they are blocking your online purchases.

2. Try purchasing the content on the website

3. Purchase the content via 3rd third-party store online then receive a 25-digit code and redeem it on your account.

4. Create a PayPal account > Add your card there then use your PayPal to purchase the content.

5. Reach out to Xbox Support at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us to check any possible purchase restrictions. Additionally, you can use the Virtual Agent at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/virtualagent > Type in Contact Xbox Support > Fill out the necessary information > You'll be provided with contact options. You can choose the option you prefer.

For us computer illiterates, how do you do this? I got this error when I tried downloading the app the first time. Not sure what "reinstalling the laucn and connecting to a different network" means.

I also have this error.

I've tried different broswers, different computers, tried on my phone, tried on different networks.
