I got the whole saga of Gears of War because of the Gears of War 4, and I can't redeem the ...

My Xbox keep showing the message "you can't acquire this item in the language selected..." I had to wait a week after I bought GoW 4 to get the saga's codes, and I have been getting this error each time I try to redeem them since a week ago. I bought the
GoW 4 about two and a half weeks ago.

Gears of war 2 redeem code error

I was trying to get gears of war 2 as part of the free saga with gears of war 4, i did redeem gears 1, 3 and judgment without a problem and are already downloading, when i tried to redeem the gears of war 2 code my console freezes, i turn it off and then
on, when i tried again to redeem the code now i got a message that the code was already redeem but i dont have the game, the store tries to charge me for gears of war 2 game, any help?

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3
