I got banned for no reason?

when I signed in to Xbox live it said I got banned for 2 weeks it gave me no reason or didn’t send me a message I couldn’t even log on. It says im banned for 2 weeks Fromm playing multiplayer games when I didn’t nothing wrong. I am so confused of
why i got annex please help help me get unbanned.
