i got the error code and I cant play any games.

Cant play any games , throwing error code 0x97e107df.

Xbox support error guide cant find it.

I recently got the same message on my xbox when i tried to open up Grand Theft Auto V , along with the same error code.

i keep getting this error code when i try to launch any game, 0x8007023e and i cant find a way to fix it, i restarted my console multiple times but that didn't work, and i cant seem to find anything about the error code on the internet

According to Xbox support:

"This may mean you no longer own the content or no longer have permission to access the content. For example, you can’t access a game because you received a refund for it, or your game pre-order was canceled."

Can you please validate your license for the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, make sure that these games are showing as "completed". Once you were able to confirm, remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

OK, I did what you told to do last night and it worked for awhile. I was able to play this morning without any trouble until 20 minutes again i got a Code: 80004004 error and now I cant connect at all.

i got the same error code while playing Fortnite. Please help, every time i press the "X" in the center of my controller it gives me that error code. I cant enter chats or anything associated w hitting that button.
