I got the achievement but still locked

Last week a played with the Witness and I did the last achievement,a secret one which is The Challenge and to unlocked it you have to complete it. Its hard and pain in the a** but I did it with huge luck(I got the easiest logic games) the sign show that
I got it but still show that is locked.I do everything: wait a full week,do the achievement again(I cant do it again unfortunately),delete the game and reinstall,delete the profile and reinstall, and after that I turn off the Xbox after restart so made every troubleshooting
step.I contact with supporters and they send me here to make a post and wait till one ambassador or anybody else can help.

Glitched Xbox One Achievements.

I got the same problem in Titanfall there's 2 100% achievements i got:Runoff Connoisseur and Side Pipe but they are still locked

 

Achievements I've done are still locked

So I've gotten all sub classes for all classes, but Warlock and Titan achievements are still locked. Not sure why I haven't got the achievement, how do I fix it?

 

There is a very comprehensive guide for all steps known to fix achievement issues. I would suggest going through the steps in that to try and get it resolved. Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!!

If all steps fail, even trying it again, I would suggest putting a support ticket in with the developer to help get resolved.
