I got Technical Alpha invited to Sea of Thieves but can't access it

So i got an email :

On your Windows 10 PC head to the Windows Store

Go to the Downloads and Updates page

Launch the Hub and navigate to the “Insider content” tab on the left side of the screen

Once there you'll find Sea of Thieves waiting for you

Click the icon which will take you through to the Windows 10 Store page

Install as you would any other game

There is no Sea of Thieves waiting for me.

Tried to contact support 5 times now , but this doesn't help...

Sea of thieves account help

My sea of thieves account says that I am not an insider even though I signed up for one using that account and I even get emails from sea of thieves saying I'm an insider. I have the email as proof and it says I can play the technical alpha, but the technical
alpha is not working. I already got Microsoft support and here is my reference number: 1408185241

Xbox Insider Program Error

Hello, I have gained access to an alpha testing for a game called: "Sea of Thieves". I however can't access this alpha testing because I currently have no access to the Xbox insider program. It says because of my past behavior I can't join the insider program.
However, my reputation is back to normal and in good standing. I contacted support and they said that I was invited but the invitation was declined. Thank you.

It probably states that you can enjoy the next session (not the current one!!).

So probably the download will become available shortly before the next session.

After uninstalling and reinstalling Sea of Thieves and the Xbox Game Bar many times, I am able to invite and accept invites on Sea of Thieves Insider through the Game Bar. I am able to send invites from the Game Bar for Sea of Thieves. However, when I receive an invite or try to join in on Sea of Thieves, I still have the same problem. Sea of Thieves and Sea of Thieves Insider are two different builds. There must be a file somewhere on my computer that is not being deleted or uninstalled and it's not allowing me to accept these invites on just Sea of Thieves. I don't know how to find this file.

I was having a similar issue, and the fix was, since I originally signed up for the alpha, I had changed the Gamertag associated with the email address I got my invite too. So I had to remember the Gamertag I used to register with,
and find out which email is is now associated with, as I changed it since joining. This is happening to a number of people. I would suggest trying any and all MS accounts you have to see if any give you access. You can also sign in to the sea of thieves
site here https://www.seaofthieves.com/account and it will tell you If you are an insider, and if you are invited to the technical alpha or not. Do you have more then one gamertag you have used at some point
in the past? Do you have more then one MS account?

Yeah the more game play and behind the scenes videos that they release, the more anticipation I have for the game. Last weeks Four Feathers video developer gameplay was especially brilliant.
