Go ahead moderators tell me what I did wrong. I already know you can’t look into anything. And I tried to find the dispute button but no luck. But please tell what I did wrong here. That text above is what it said in the looking for group post.

When posting in LFG, avoid terms like you used, in this case, "carry", I believe this is what got your post reported.

"Carry" is usually used by users that are offering help in return of compensation.

I understand that you were asking for help, not offering.

Next time, be brief: "LV 200 Tormented Duriel (Eternal Realm) - Need Help", this shouldn't get you into trouble.

I had the same deal and refunded my standard and got this one.

Worked great.

Today they canceled and refunded my game. I contacted support and they said that was for the upgrade. I asked them to link me to Diablo 4 Ultimate Upgrade I can purchase. He said, "Sorry, apparently the Ultinate Upgrade is not purchasable on MS Store."

Asked for his. to look at the actual product I bought and he said, "Yes, the coupon was clearly for the full Diablo 4 Ultinate Edition."

Told me to wait 2-3 weeks for an outcome.

Nah, I'm done.

Its something I would be interested in but wouldn't buy it at the moment not played Diablo 3 yet and still have a few games I haven't got around too like fallout 4. Diablo 2 would be a potential future purchase though

I baught Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition and never got the DLC items from it. I literally only got the game. I did check purchase history like you suggested and its shows i baught the ultimate edition. Im supposed to get items for Diablo 3 and Immortal as well as an item for WOW.
